Television watchdog TV Watch
has released a guide for parents on how to control what their children
watch. The guide, called 'TV
Tools for Parents 101', explains how to use parental controls
such as the V-Chip and program guides.
'Parents' daily lives are so
hectic, we wanted to make a quick and easy way for them to learn how to
effectively monitor what their children watch and enforce their
family's television viewing decisions,' said Jim Dyke of TV Watch. 'So,
forget staying up all night cramming, because learning how to make your
television family friendly can be done with a few simple clicks of the
remote.'
